Return Policy

Date of Sold
All products and services – after clicking ‘Place Order’ on ‘Checkout’ page and received a success order email – will be considered as Date of Sold.

Delivery Date
Delivery Date is the date when a customer sign on the slip of JBL Myanmar delivery date.

Cancellation
Items with the following conditions are qualified to return within three (3) working days. Else, non-returnable for any reasons.
  1. Items are not correct as stated on the invoice. (e.g. wrong colour, wrong model)
  2. Items are unboxed and/or damaged.
  3. Gift Cards, Gift Codes and Software.
