Warranty Policy

The product is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase shown on the receipt/tax invoice/warranty card received from TMW Enterprise Ltd or its dealers.

Product Warranty

Customers can register by fully filling out the warranty card when purchasing and keep the customer copy. Please present the fully filled-out customer copy of the Warranty card every time you visit our service center.   

  1. Damage caused by lack of care, such as water being spilled on the product, etc. 
  2. Damage caused by transportation or accidents after purchase, due to the user’s negligence. 
  3. Damage caused by incorrect use, such as connecting to the wrong device, turning volume to overly high levels, modifying the device, or using incorrect power sources e.g. non-standard voltage.  
  4. Deformed conditions such as cracks, bends, chips, water stains, burns, rust marks, abrasions, scratches, missing / damaged parts. (Unless within 7 days from the purchase date) 
  5. Products imported from abroad by customers or purchased from unauthorized stores / non-dealers of TMW Enterprise Ltd. 
  6. Products that have been previously repaired by unauthorized repair shops, even if the product is still under the warranty period.  
  7. Counterfeit products

Delivery throughout Myanmar is available using express delivery services when ordering products through our website.
